Slow Money makes first investments - by Amy Westervelt
In an effort to create an alternative financing model in the venture capital world, members of the Investors' Circle network of investors launched what they called the Slow Money Fund last year. The fund recently announced its first investment in an High Mowing Seeds, an organic seed supplier. The fund also announced its intention to raise a $100 million fund over the course of the next year.


High Mowing Seeds received $800,000 from Slow Money.
